Hypnotherapy is a very powerful therapeutic tool. However, there are a lot of misconceptions around hypnotherapy, and the timescale that positive change can take place. The bare minimum that hypnotherapy can begin to work is around three sessions. For most people hypnotherapy can take about six sessions for it to work. If someone comes to me and they’ve got deep routed problems, it will take a maximum of nine sessions.
There is no magic wand formula in all of this, where I do one session of hypnotherapy and someone has deep psychological change as a result. That kind of mindset is not practical, neither is it beneficial to the client.
I am offering anyone who wants to work with me, a chance to improve the quality of their lives. What price are you willing to pay to receive that improvement? I have every session mapped out, which is tweaked according to the client’s problem. I use a variety of tried and tested techniques that generate success. The questions you have to ask yourself is, do I really want to change or not? Do I really want to be stuck in a mindset that is diminishing my life experience? Am I now ready to invest in myself, and become a better version of me? The ball really is in your court.
I offer clients an option to work with me on Zoom or in a therapy room, the choice is all yours. I feel that offering two different options, is giving potential clients the flexibility, to make choices according what they desire from therapeutic work.
Zoom: I offer clients flexibility on how many sessions I work with. If you want to work with me, one session at a time, it’s £130 per session. If you would like to work with me on a block of three sessions, it’s £120 per session, paying me £360 up front. If, however, you want to book six sessions, it’s £110 per session. Finally, if you want to book nine sessions, it’s £105 per session. I do offer a pay in instalments option, if you book six or nine sessions, if you so prefer. If you choose the pay in instalments option, it’s two payments for the six sessions, and three payments for the nine sessions.
So, for the six sessions option, you’d pay £330 up front, and another £330 after a month of us working together. For the nine sessions, you’d pay £315 up front, followed by another £315 after the first month of us working together, and another £315 after our second month of working together.
For those of you who’d prefer the Zoom option, it offers you the choice to work on this format, as (a) It can be more convenient for you the client, which equates into no travelling to therapy rooms, and you’ll be doing it from the comfort of your home and (b) It’s works out cheaper for you, as I don’t have to pay any therapy room fees. The prices reflected in the previous paragraph, are based on working together on Zoom.
If, however, you decide to work with me face to face in a therapy room, the price for one session is, £145. For three sessions it’s £135 per session, paying £405 up front. Finally, six sessions in a therapy room are £125 per session, and the price for nine sessions are £115 per session. The same paying in instalments option is available, for six sessions it’s paying in two instalments of £375, and for nine sessions it’s three payments of £345.
There is absolutely no difference between working on Zoom or face to face, it’s all about your preferences. The choice is all yours, and we will work according to your preferences. Either option is fine with me, it’s the client that comes first, these options are to cater for each individual.
I also offer group hypnotherapy sessions to those in the work place, who are feeling the weight of stress in their jobs. This offers an opportunity to taste hypnotherapy for themselves, to see how beneficial it is for those struggling with stress.
I’ll do a talk about the sub-conscious mind and how it can impact on any individual’s life, particularly around how anyone responds to challenges in the workplace (which can then trigger off stress). Once the talk is done, we’ll do a group hypnotherapy session together, and conclude with a talk with each individual on how they feel after the session. All in all, it will last around an hour to about an hour and twenty minutes (depending on how long the talks go on for). For groups of a maximum of ten, it’s a one-off fee of £350 for the duration of how long it takes. If it’s over ten people, it’s a one-off fee of £500.
I do have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place, which is a standard requirement for all therapeutic practices. Clearly, events can happen whereby someone has to cancel at the last minute, which is not their fault. So, a £20 deposit will be required in addition to the fee paid. This is to cover me in prospect of there being a late cancellation. The £20 deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE, if a cancellation has been made during the 48-hour cancellation period. Most importantly you won't be losing a full fee, as the £20 deposit covers that. In the likelihood that there has been a cancellation in session 1 or 2, a further £20 deposit will need to be paid to continue the following one or two sessions that are left. If no cancellations have been made for the sessions booked, the deposit will be paid back into your bank account when the sessions are completed. The £20 deposit is also applicable for single sessions too (rather than just being in blocks of three).
I'm sure you agree, if you have to cancel during the 48-hour period, it's best to lose £20, rather than the full fee per session. I have to bring in these measures because I have to prepare each session on an individual basis, which requires planning and input from my end.
Thanks for your understanding, and I look forward to working with you soon.
