MY MISSION
It’s my role, as a hypnotherapist and a life coach, to be ethical in all my output. I see my role as somebody who’s here to help people become a more empowered version of themselves. To let clients see where their thinking and self-perceptions have led them, and that there is a better way forward. I work with people who have the following conditions: low self-esteem, a lack of self-confidence, anxiety, stress, procrastination, and insomnia.
It’s my job to assess each client on a case by case basis. Once I have all the relevant information, I can then decide the best possible way forward to assist the client.
It’s my job to help a client become a better version of themselves. By analysing what’s going on in a client’s mind, it gives me information to act on what’s holding them back. However, that process involves the client doing their bit too. I give homework to be completed as instructed. In addition, it’s my job to offer advice that will help the client make progress.
The client has to really want to change, this is an important part of the hypnotherapy/life coaching process. By working together as a therapist and client, we can make positive change become a reality. It’s my duty to see that the working relationship is moving forward in the right direction.
I’d like to be known for my dedication and goodwill towards all my clients. I have had my fair share of adversity in the past, and can fully comprehend and understand why someone is struggling with their thoughts and internal perceptions of themselves.
I find it rewarding to be helping others come to terms with who they are and where they’re going. It’s gives me a sense of satisfaction to see others making progress during our sessions and getting out in the world to re-live their lives.
For those who feel lost, and are prisoners to their minds, it’s my role to guide them beyond what their current sets of mental principles are. There’s nothing worse than being an inmate to your mind. It stops an individual from flowing and feeling more fulfilled.
My principles revolve around never giving up, no matter how bleak it may seem. If you want to be the person that you’re not, that involves work. Some of it may be challenging, some of it not. Like I said before, I had my fair share of being stuck in my thoughts, and feeling trapped. But over time, by engaging with hypnosis, NLP, life coaching, self-development programs, and involving myself with fitness, meditation and yoga, I’ve pulled through. My philosophy is, if I can do it, so can you. It’s only your mind holding you back. As a result of me pulling through, I’ve dedicated myself to help others do the same.
By applying hypnotherapy to a client, and boosting their sense of self as a result, it’s like laying the foundation stone. Once the foundation stone has been laid, we have to build on that. This is where the life coaching comes into play, by applying methods and approaches that really enables the client to build on that foundation stone, promoting a stronger sense of self, and being in control of their emotional responses to life.
As well as offering individual one to one hypnotherapy/life coaching sessions, I also do group work, for work environments, to offer those who feel stressed in their jobs. This offers an opportunity to taste hypnotherapy for themselves, to see how beneficial it is for those struggling with stress.
Finally, I want to see clients ending my hypnotherapy/life coaching sessions, ready and willing to move forward and to face up to the challenges before them. By taking action, and feeling empowered from the hypnosis/life coaching sessions, a client is giving themselves a chance to live that fulfilled life. By doing all I can to make that happen for all of my clients, that gives me a great sense of self-satisfaction.
