Hypnosis For Confidence in Leigh on Sea
We all want a pleasant life, where we’ve packed a lot in. Good career, nice house and car, lots of travelling, and a host of other stuff that contributes towards us having feelings of well-being. But does it? Sometimes the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.
Why should anyone view themselves in a negative context if they haven’t achieved anything in life? Maybe, if a person doesn’t make any effort to make things good, then perhaps they may feel it impacting on their mental self-perceptions. But, why would anyone not bother trying to improve themselves?
Maybe issues in the past have impacted on an individual’s lack of confidence. Possibly, feeling out of sync with those around them because they haven’t done anything in their lives? If an individual is in that frame of mind, it will have repercussions on all aspects of their life.
Our hypnosis for confidence in Leigh on Sea is there to give a person a true perspective on who they really are. Is the version of themselves created by those around them? Or is it to do with life circumstances? Whatever the cause, it’s our job to make sure that a way forward can be made to assist that person to be in contact with their true self, not the distorted version brought on by wrongful thinking or other’s opinions.
No matter how old a person is, there will always be things that person can do to give themselves a sense of achievement. Once a person has that sense of achievement, it will create a hunger within to achieve more. It will increase the feel-good factor. No matter how big or small the goal that is focused on, to create that sense of achievement, it’s there to be achieved.
But let’s be honest here, no one should ever view themselves as being losers or inadequate, just because they’re not living up to societies’ expectations. Yes, there will be those who’ll try and make a person feel bad about themselves, because they’re not ‘doing anything’. But, whoever’s on the receiving end of such triviality has to look into why anyone would be so mean in the first place. Nine items out of ten, any such person who’s quite malicious with their words isn’t very happy about themselves or their lot in life.
It’s very rare that a person who’s happy and feeling fulfilled would resort to such measures as sniffing out weak spots in others, just to add to their already fantastic sense of fulfilment and happiness. No! They pretend to be happy and fulfilled, trying to get attention.
It’s always best to get a client focused on goals. Once the goal has been set and they’re serious about fulfilling it, an individual will do what it takes to achieve it. Clearly, it’s our job to make sure that the client’s mindset is ready to becoming an achiever, in whatever guise that is.
Hypnosis for Procrastination in Leigh on Sea
It’s vital for a person to really get to grips with those should of and could of thoughts in their minds. It is those thoughts that put a lot of pressure on an individual. Once again, when you step back and think about all of this, it’s totally irrational, but hey, we’re human beings, and being irrational is part of our make-up.
The only concern for a person being stuck in a mindset that dictates that they’re losers, because of non-achievement, will be procrastination. It will be the usual could of and should of thoughts, followed by, ‘What’s the point,’ ‘I’m inadequate, so why bother.’ These thoughts and perceptions are putting the brakes on any form of feeling fulfilled.
Our hypnosis for procrastination will look into those thoughts that are creating a negative outcome for those involved in those thought processes. Once discovered what the root cause is, positivity can be the obvious replacement.
Like I stated previously, it’s never too late to do positive things. It’s only a negative mindset that will hold someone back. The ultimate goal in life is to always move forward, no matter what the situation is. Moving forward for me means, being positive in the moment. Not being so harsh on yourself when things are not going as planned.
I suppose there will be those out there, who feel that life has let them down, that it’s so unfair. Well, that’s a fair enough observation, but ultimately, it’s not helping anyone to think in such ways. Individuals have to acknowledge life for what it is, full of ups and downs. There’s a term called rolling within the punches, and that’s exactly what anyone has to do to be fulfilled.
So, what’s your plan to be more fulfilled, and not feel like you haven’t achieved anything in life? Also, being too harsh on what fulfilment means to an individual can be the cause of them feeling so out of sync from society. Because you’re not living in a ten bedroom mansion with an expensive sports car in the drive, and you’ve not got a few million pounds in the bank, is that being a bit too overly critical on yourself? Sure, it would be great to have such things in our lives, there’s no denying that. But it’s not the be all and end all if it doesn’t happen, it’s not the end of the world.
There’s nothing wrong with having high flying goals, if a person is prepared to go ahead and do it. But, if that is too lofty or it hasn’t happened, then so what, life goes on. But always, always, keep your mind positive, be kind to yourself, and keep moving forward. Life is a challenge that ultimately, we must all face. At James Dooley Hypnotherapy, we can offer anyone who really wants it, the change to break from limiting beliefs and perceptions. Resulting in a chance to be more fulfilled with their lot in life. Remember, life is your own perception, not anyone else’s. Just make sure that it’s a perception that’s kind to you individually, and not bringing on stress and anxiety.
